USE CASE 02

Hallmark Interiors

PROJECT DETAIL

Hallmark Developments contantly innovate at their Santhem Residence in Brentwood Hutton by creating a new Wellness Centre experience for their residents.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

The Hallmark Interiors team needed a solution that would take their 2D design space layouts and transform them into 3D live models. The iterative process of creating CGIs and animations was proving to be cost prohibitive. The challenge was to find a solution that would combine up to date consultant BIM models with the fast paced client changes.

SOLUTION

Using our Cotrinity Solution platform we took the interiors team 2D drawings and created a 3D space model. This was combined with the source Architect and MEP BIM models which then enabled the interior team to visualize design clashes with MEP in relation to their interiors design changes.
